This notice covers the Amaruse waitlist on amaruse.com. Amaruse is not open yet; when it launches, a full privacy policy will cover the product itself.

Who we are

The waitlist is run by [Company legal name and country] (“Amaruse”, “we”). For anything about your data, email [email protected].

What we collect

• Your email address, and whether you joined as a creator or a fan.
• The social profile you choose to share, if you are a creator and fill it in.
• Your confirmations: that you are 18 or older, and your consent to receive emails, with the exact wording you agreed to and when.
• The persona sketch you made on the page, if any (vibe, world, style of talking and name).
• Technical details sent with the form: IP address, approximate country, browser type, the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link (UTM tags).

Why we use it

• To send your beta invitation, launch news and occasional updates. We do this because you consented, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
• To decide who to invite first, for example by looking at the public profile you shared.
• To keep the form safe from spam and abuse, and to learn which links bring people to us. This is our legitimate interest in running the waitlist.

We never sell your details, and we don't use them for advertising profiles.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers who process data for us under contract: our hosting provider, Cloudflare (network security and delivery, including its bot check if shown), our email provider, and Google Analytics only if you allow analytics cookies. Some of them process data outside your country, under legal safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or 12 months after Amaruse launches if you haven't created an account by then, whichever comes first. The technical details are deleted together with your signup.

Cookies

The page itself sets no cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie. If analytics is switched on, we ask first, and Google Analytics cookies are set only if you click “Allow”. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within one month. Every email we send also has an unsubscribe link. You can also complain to a data protection authority, such as Israel's Privacy Protection Authority or the authority in your EU or UK country.

Age

The waitlist is only for people aged 18 or over. If we learn that someone younger signed up, we delete their details.
